Condenser scaling is generally composed of fine particles of sand, dust, sludge of insoluble salts, colloidal hydroxide, impurities and debris, corrosion products, oil stains, dead bodies of bacteria and algae, and viscous secretions. 1. Conventional cleaning method:
Condenser cleaning is divided into physical cleaning and chemical cleaning. Physical cleaning generally uses high-pressure water jet to clean the dirt on the condenser pipes; Chemical cleaning is mostly acid cleaning, because acid cleaning needs to strictly control the amount and cleaning time. If it is not strictly controlled, it is easy to cause corrosion to the equipment.
